Your artisan dependency pinned xml 6, so a Dart 3.13 project resolved xml 6.5.0 instead of xml 7. The constraint was ^6.5.0. Pub had no path to xml 7. 0.0.19 widens the xml constraint to >=6.5.0 <8.0.0, so a fresh pub get on Dart 3.13+ now picks xml 7.1.0. #FlutterDev #Dart
