The next morning, Sebastian gives Hazel one last farewell before she walks out the front door to begin her college life.

Back at her house, Hazel's dad and Grandpa were away. Hazel decides to use this alone time to her advantage. Sebastian double checks with Hazel this is what she wants and she agrees. That night, Hazel and Sebastian were each other's first woohoo.

The two decided to leave, but not without the paparazzi insisting on taking a photo of B-list Celebrity, Hazel Süssaucer. It was for his article about her climb to fame. On the drive home, the discussion of their future was brought up, Hazel was going to Uni while Sebastian wasn't.

After graduation, Hazel met up with Sebastian and the two congratulated each other, even taking a photo to forever hold this memory.

Her dad gave Hazel a Mo-Ped as her graduation gift! (I imagine he gave her the *keys* to the Mo-Ped, and not just crammed it in a gift box.)

Today was Monday, graduation day! Officially the end of Hazel's teen years and highschool as a whole. She graduated with the highest honors in her class. Hazel couldn't be happier.

This was finally the end of Hazel's teen years.

Sebastian decided he had enough, but gave Hazel a kiss while her guard was done (and when Grandpa wasn't around 🤭).

And for her birthday, out of all the party invites sent for her slumber party, the only one who came was Sebastian. Nothing like a wholesome pillow fight in the kitchen while Dad grabs the birthday cake.

On Saturday, late afternoon, Hazel and her family attended the school's club assembly. Hazel was awarded an award for being a part of the Drama Club, but honestly she was ready to celebrate her birthday.

And just like that, these two were going to prom together!!! . . That's all for today!! Next parts (should) be ending Hazel's teen years to start her official YA life at SimU. When I tell you all of Hazel's wants with Sebastian were romance!! I was so confused but rolled with it!!

But it wasn’t working. Hazel’s doubts were still weighing heavy on her mind. She's always so busy. His family only talks lowly if the working class. But... Sebastian had one more trick up his sleeve to try and prove his feelings to Hazel.

But then, Sebastian had an important question every high school teen dreams of hearing… yet, Hazel didn’t seem all that eager to be asked something like this… Sebastian did his best to reassure her.

After a week of school, Hazel’s still on honor roll, and with high school graduation around the corner, Hazel’s sure she’ll be voted Valedictorian. But her train of thought was interrupted as she got off the school bus. To her horror and disbelief, Sebastian Gooder stood on her Grandpa’s porch.

Now back home, Hazel sat at the table trying her hardest to focus on her homework, that she didn't finish because of Natasha's boy rant. But now all it's done is fogged Hazel's head, could Natasha be right...? Does she like Sebastian that way?

Once inside, Hazel and Natasha immediately started studying. Well Hazel more than Natasha. All she wanted to do was talk about boys. 🙄

The next day: Hazel continues her Honor Roll streak! This time after school, Natasha Gooder invited her to talk. Was it because of Hazel's fame? She did just publish her 2nd book, which has become a bestseller. Or was it Hazel's popularity? No matter how you cut it Natasha wanted to be friends.

Meanwhile, at home, George was finally talking about his feelings for Melanie to Oliver and wondered if his son would support him.

New week: Hazel made Honor Roll. After a school field trip, Calvin invited her over and Hazel agreed. She met, Mandy and they became fast friends. The pair didn’t look it, but they were rich! Calvin left once studying was mentioned, leaving the girls alone to study.

Hazel managed to join the dinner to eat and say her greetings before going back to her room. With dinner over, Melanie and George waited by the kitchen for Melanie's cab to arrive. She gave her thanks to George for inviting her over. George appreciated her thanks and in return gave her a kiss.

A week has passed. George wanted to see Melanie again. There's only so much a call can do after all. On one such call, the two had a brilliant idea: - Date night with family. Oliver was stressed as always. Hazel had caught a cold. Meanwhile, George entertained his guest on the second floor.

A new day, new possibilities, at least that is what George always tells himself. His son and granddaughter had gone off to school and work, so why not take a stroll while the day is lovely? While out, George saw “her.” Standing on the sidewalk in the warmth of the summer day. George made his move.

Hazel prepared herself breakfast, it was far too late for dinner now. Her dad had taken her grandpa to the hospital, so once again she was home alone. It’s moments like these, Hazel wishes her mom was still around, even more so as she pulled her burnt waffles out of the oven.

But again, it's been awhile since he's fixed anything. It's no shocker the dishwasher burst into flames, right in front of George. George is just grateful he managed to walk away only a bit disappointed and also very singed.

Meanwhile George was busy once again, tinkering away, this time on the dishwasher. Since his w̶i̶f̶e̶'̶s̶ ̶p̶a̶s̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ retirement, George has managed to take on a lot of old hobbies he had long forgotten about. So he's learned to build things with his hands and he's gotten pretty good at it.

Tonight, Oliver was concentrating hard on cooking dinner, the last time he had burned it. Truthfully, unlike his ex-wife, he was awful at cooking. He's just trying his best for Hazel.
