🤔🤷‍♂️ Trump says Ukraine & Russia agree to energy ceasefire. According to Axios, Zelenskyy denied any knowledge of the agreement & said it was “news to him.” Zelensky: "Ukraine supports the ceasefire & it is important that Russia supports it as well. We are awaiting details from the American side.”

Star Trek, The Next Generation, S1 E22 I am reading about a possible "energy ceasefire" between Ukraine - Russia. I understand that oil refineries will not be shot, but humans still will? Armus here looks like a barrel of oil if it were alive, and aptly doesn't care much for human life.

Zelensky reported Russian strikes on power plants in Kyiv and Kharkiv after Trump's energy “ceasefire” announcement, which Putin unsurprisingly rejected, causing outages. He thanked EU leader Ursula von der Leyen for €1.24 billion in defense aid and another €3 billion expected next week.

People are falling for the Trump con again. This is a trap for Ukraine. Russia has already destroyed most of Ukr power generation, so they can hold off for a day or two. Ukr needs to attack Russian refineries now. If they do, trump can blame them and help Russia more.
