Pretty much a downpour the whole run with the remnants of the tropical storm in the area, but everyone in the Fleet Feet training group got it done! Post run bagel and hot coffee was perfect since I'm FREEZING now...brrrrr!

Hello everyone, here is your daily update on what the Sun is doing: (Paraphrased from NOAA SWPC's recent forecast discussion) AR 4549 fired an M6.4 flare Oct 10. Its CME should mostly miss Earth (slight chance of a graze late Oct 12). More M flares likely through Oct 13.

San Diego is looking Seattle-like this morning after the remnants of tropical storm Rachel moved through overnight. Nothing about this storm felt tropical, it brought lower humidity and cooler temperatures thanks to the trough interaction.

Out back past Crow Cam. I tend not to mow back past this point as it is a natural wetland and the animals prefer the long grass, plus it helps with flood control.
