THAT BEER PLACE... BOOM! Not only have we done beer stuff, we've also been out here visiting some amazing cideries (sagardotegia in basque) The lovely folk Lizeaga Sagardotegia gave us an amazing tour, followed by some banging food paired with cider.
Daniel - Desert Apostate Finishing my night with my most peculiar beer. My strong bitter. So much Amarillo hop. More of an APA with a ton of flowers. Not my best, but not my worst. It's mellowed with age. It will leave with questions all the way past the last pull.
Daniel - Desert Apostate An actual Festbier, and not a Märzen, brewed in New Mexico. This one's really good, but, it was super obvious it was brewed with Perle and fermented with 34/70 which leaves a bit of a harsh bite. Other than that, damn this is good. The Hallertau Mittelfrüh nose is gorgeous. Would (will) drink again.
