I’m excited to share my first finished Halloween project of the season, my Imp marionette/puppet and Maw theatre. I’m so happy with how it all turned out. ✹

"Read zines!", alongside some of my free zines (ZineBakery.com/homemade), printed w/my 1st DIY lasercut type (acrylic Bungee Inline, Tweaked). From my letterpress 🎨 archive.
Machine quilting the new runner. Oh these rows seem long but at least I know what I will work on today. #workinprogress #quilting #tablerunner #centerpiece #quiltstudio
Starting a new order based on an existing quilt. What fun it is to rethink the colors I used as I make the new quilt just the right size. #workinprogress #piecing #customorder #quiltstudio #red
I'm always looking for any goblinny things that anyone makes and sells (or would like to do a goblin trade!!) Please always feel free to tell me about any goblin thing you make. I would love to see and read about it.
I'm currently building this garden room in my backyard. I have experience renovating interior rooms but this is my first exterior project. It'll be a recording studio slash he-shed. I'll be posting progress updates here but I'm micro journaling in our Discord too. discord.com/channels/119...

If you're in the Bay Area and interested in lace-making (tatting, bobbin lace, crochet, knitted, anything!), there's a new group forming at Lacis Museum of Lace and Textiles. Fill out the interest form here: lacismuseum.org/east-bay-lac...
Progress on the new quilt. What do you think? #workinprogress #piecing #art #makermade
Moon plate framing in progress, thanks @cosplaypeanuts.bsky.social and Olympic Art Framing!
Some plushie keychains I finished over the weekend! Next up will be a bunch of Pikmin~ [ #artshop #plushart #kawaiiart #fanart #nintendo #artpost ]
👇 Like many of my prints, multiple print passes for this past project: delicate anti-bird net (w/o printing the acrylic underneath); handcut foam triangles border; lead type in black; lasercut acrylic type in gradient orange-yellow
Also, if you're passing through Tucson, Grandma's Spinning Wheel is the weird, wonderful fiber craft shop you need to stop at. Amazing collection of spinning fiber, yarn (some locally dyed, including in the store itself), classes, and corny jokes pasted up throughout. #DHmakes
With all my own grief over the Textile Makerspace lately, it was amazing to visit Niko Sanchez and Catalyst Studios in the UofA library, where their many sewing and embroidery machines are busy & their beading classes are well attended (per Niko's wonderful beaded visualization of metrics.) #DHmakes
