After all the talking, the sleep schedule started and, let's say.... Something needs to be sorted out before bedtime. ๐

The girls were also mashing up pretty well. Seems they were very similar in essence, even though VERY different in delivery. "So, overachiever, huh? What's your poison?" "Overbearing parents? You too?" "Mine are dead. When I was little." "Oooh, trauma!"
The boys were pretty much dudebros already. "HOLD ON! Her sister was a spellcaster, right? And what was her sister? A princess. The Wicked Spellcaster of the East, bro." "I'm gonna stab you" "You're gonna look at me and tell me that I'm wrong?? She wore a crown and came down in a bubble, dude."
The kids who were already at camp were in Free Time, so they sat around the fire and got to know each other. Turns out the only two that knew each other were Hannah and Jeb. Bob was sent by his parents as punishment for his grades, Eliza on the other hand was looking for extra credit.
"Hiiii! Eliza Hastings. Newcrest. You?" "Hannah Simmons. Evergreen Harbor. Nice to meet you guys! I'm really excited for this job!" "I LOVE WORKING! I think we're gonna be GREAT friends!"
"Hi, dude. I'm Jeb, Jeb Harris. Yeah that's my name", he explained. "Nice to meet you!" "Hey, man. I'm Robert, Robert Pancakes. Call me Bob! It's nice to meet you, too, dude... Ready to face eight kids tomorrow?"
Jeb went ahead to say hello. He'd play safe and start with the boy; they usually talked less and were easier to engage. They were sitting at one of the camp decks.
"I guess we'll be on our way, then. We're gonna look for the other counselors, we saw them near the bonfire." "Great! I hope you get along well. I have already assigned the beds. 2 children cabins, 2 counselor ones. Helping Hand and me stay upstairs here. You'll meet her tomorrow. Bye!"
"Well, the good thing is I know both your grandmas, they have coffee in my house all the time! So, I'm sure you guys will be on your best behavior. Just be aware that we know each other but I want things good and I want things fast, OK? No teen drama", Knox warned. "You have our word!"
"So, have you ever worked at a camp before?", the director asked. "Never, but we're not afraid to get dirty!", Jeb replied. "My family is used to work hard for our money." "Absolutely", Hannah agreed. "We're here to ensure things will be a smooth sail!"
"Let's go! I have some questions, too... Mostly about what time is lunch", admitted Jeb. "Priorities, right?"
"We have to report for duty as soon as we get here", Hannah recited by memory. "That's what the e-mail said." "I wonder who the camp director will be. It's a summer hire, just like us. I hope they're cool" "Me too! I have to ask for a recommendation letter for college, you can never be too sure."
Gibbi Point. Wanderwood Wilds. Hannah and Jeb get to their destination. It was 8PM but the sky still looked clear, as the sun was just about to set. "Ugh, it's good to see you here", said Jeb, full of relief. "I have never taken a long loading screen like that before. This is BEAUTIFUL!"
Next stop, Gibbi Point!
"Jeb will be with me, so you know I'll be fine", assured Hannah. "And Eduardo will be with me so you know I'll be fine", said Maria back, jokingly. "I'll bring you a Polysimnesian souvenir! See ya in two and a half weeks!"
"Don't forget to say goodbye to me before leaving!" "Aw, gran! I would never! I will miss you so much."
"This hair is sooo good, doesn't even look from an old pack", Hannah nodded, approvingly. "Wow, I'm actually kinda cute. Do I see a bit Beyonsim there? Yes, girl! Let's take a selfie for Social Bunny."
*Summer Strut radio playing in the background* "You know what, Hannah? I'm sure Momma would say summer break deserves a small makeover."
"This will be the happiest summer we'll ever had", Jeb promised. "I need to pay off all the good you made me this year." "You deserve it times ten", Hannah assured him. "See you in the loading screen."
"I should go. I need to pack my stuff. See you at 8?" "You. HAVEN'T. PACKED??? Boy, you like to live on the edge. I have mine ready since last Monday!"
"Haven't I told you already? ๐ If ๐ they ๐ don't ๐ like ๐ you ๐ they ๐ have ๐ bad ๐ taste! Don't be afraid to let people in. They will love what they see, promise!" "You see me like no other sim, you know that?"
"So, looking forward to traveling soon? And having them pay for our loading screens... Now that's FANCY fancy!" "And paying us to basically spend the summer PLAYING? Hell yeah I am!!" "I just wish the other counselors are as cool as you", admitted Jeb. "You know I'm not the most sociable sim..."
Soon, the alarm rings 3PM... "WOOOOOHOOOO! IT'S SUMMER TIME, BITCHESSSSSS!"
Today's the day... It's Finals! "So, how can I phrase that... 'Even though they're both located in the Yamasimaian continent, Komorebigo doesn't share any linguistic similarities to Tomaru, which in turn shares some etymology with Toki Sulani'. That's it!"
"Can the new king kiss the queen?" Aaaaaaand that's a wrap on the junior prom! Nothing too dramatic happening, not for now at least... Our couple is crazy in love and summer break is turning the corner. See y'all soon!
Jeb was beaming. He'd never been chosen for anything, and even though it was just one person, it was her. Hannah, out of all sims, chose him. That really mattered in a way he couldn't explain to anyone. "YEAH, BABY! EAT IT!", he could hear Hannah's voice in the crowd. "Wooohoooo, I'm the king!!"
Next, the principal gathered everyone so he could present the voting results of the night. Hannah chose Jeb but she didn't think it would make any... "... and with the total of ONE vote, Prom Royalty is JEB HARRIS! I mean, kids just don't vote on this stuff anymore?" "WOOOOOO!", she cheered!
Even though there were some things left unsaid between Jeb and Hannah, neither one had the courage to bring them up and risk tarnishing such a magical moment. "I'm just really glad we have each other right now" said Hannah, matter of factly.
At prom, Hannah took another couple pic and, of course, one with all the girls!
Gran wanted a pic of the two, so she snapped one right before they left home. The night was cloudy but they were glowing.
