Sebastian S. Cocioba Phase 2 of my Vibrio natriegens adaptive evolution campaign is underway! I'll have the cells cycle 10 times in LB10 (10g/L salt) and then begin diluting into LB0 (no salt). The cells will likely crash before reaching zero salt so this is more of a hard ground screening. Yay, evo! #MEvoSky
Sebastian S. Cocioba Mmmmmm, data. This is the cycling from LB30 to LB10 media using Vibrio natriegens. Ten cycles in native LB30, then each cycle's dilution media was standard LB (miller mod). Note the thickening of the noise as the cells bloat from osmotic stress. SO COOL. #MEvoSky
