Seth Miller It is almost as if restaurants were running out of ways to drive up prices, so they started using extra expensive ingredients, prepared in a way that ruins them. Wagyu shouldn't have a heavy sauce. The Char Siu prep process kills the subtlty of a fancy cut of pork. Steak frites from a filet? 🤦
