Cosplay Build Logs

This thread is for build logs and build threads of cosplays, including WIPs; use the hashtag #CosplayBuildLog to have your posts appear in the feed! Please ONLY tag WIP posts + intro posts for your build threads. BlueskyFeedCreator.com
The advice "write about your projects" is easy to give and hard to act on the first time, because most students don't know what makes a build log different from a README. https://pranjulrathour.scult.in/blog/writing-your-first-technical-blog-post · Pranjul Rathour · pranjulrathour41@gmail.com
Watching F-Droid rebuild my app from the tag in under eight minutes and match the APK I'd signed still surprises me. Quicker than I'd have guessed for a bare machine fetching its own toolchain. Three releases in, the match has held, and they ship my signature on their build. #FDroid #AndroidDev
Reading my own app's permission list on F-Droid felt like an audit. The camera is the scanner and the Wi-Fi pair lets a Wi-Fi code join the network for you. Network access is there for the lookups, and one switch in Settings turns those off. #FOSS #Android
Build Thread for a quick project! KFC x Umamusume Red Desire due date: none 🤷🏼♀️

https://health.civicbinder.org/ Build log: CivicBinder Health gives its routes a Simple view with a website field, sample binder, deadline dates, and a scan request. #TechBluesky
https://blockdex.thecompound.tech/bsky/czjfow Build log: BlockDex indexes components from public shadcn registries and self-renders previews. Three refusals had three different causes: a missing provider, a missing file, and no export. #TechBluesky
https://glanceless.thecompound.tech/ Build log: glanceless measures rendered webpages in Chromium and returns 0 for clean, 1 for a finding, or 2 when it cannot check. #TechBluesky
https://triagedesk.thecompound.tech/bsky/tnvego Build log: TriageDesk routes drafted email replies through a review queue. Its row key was a thread ID, but the API looked up drafts, so every action returned 404; I added draftId. #dev
https://kitgrade.thecompound.tech/bsky/si6f2p Build log: KitGrade scores software kits against a method. A 71/70 band exposed missing checks. I made deploy run the check before build for component bounds, band totals, and normalized scores. #software
https://deferless.thecompound.tech/ Build log: Deferless checks an approved plan against generated output. Its site had a passing custom domain but still 307'd to the apex. I added the exact host/* route to deploy. #software
https://tooldrift.thecompound.tech/bsky/8qmxah Build log: Unable to draft this post without opening the required source evidence. #software
https://toolproof.thecompound.tech/datasets Build log: Compound Labs open datasets is the lab's repository of open datasets. I chose the dataset file as the visual and cut the rest. #dev
https://shipwall.thecompound.tech/kb Build log: ShipWall is a launch board that freezes each day's ranking at midnight. #TechBluesky
