Patrick De Haan Texas is now allowing anyone to use tax-free dyed diesel on-road. Typically tax-free dyed diesel is for off-road use only (farms, equipment, etc). Texas is also asking EPA to waive rules on ULSD. However, allowing more sulfur will likely lead to engine damage on newer vehicles.
