Lilibat Fairy Wings! These are covered in 2 colors of Angelina film cut into triangles and overlapping then sandwiched between sticky thermo vinyl & heat sealed. I am going to experiment on a test piece with some alcohol inks to see if I can vary the color a bit without killing the glow too much.💀🕸🦇🎃
