Grocery store prices in rural Alaska right now. Most goods here come by barge or plane, so life here has always cost more. But this? This is as bad as it's ever been. This is what the price-hiking war in Iran is costing Alaskans. Dan Sullivan has now voted for it 14 times.

ALASKA RANKED CHOICE VOTING Alaska has some of the toughest campaign finance transparency laws in the country. Outside spenders are funding a ballot measure to get rid of those laws, RCV & open primaries. That would flood Alaska’s elections with untraceable campaign cash. VOTE NO on 2 NOon2ak.com

Sea surface temps in the Pacific Ocean along and south of the Aleutian Islands have been at/near record high levels all year (NOAA OISSTv2.1 data since 1982). This impacts storms moving across this region by increasing moisture that can bring north into mainland Alaska. #akwx #Pacific #SST #Climate
