🐉🌩️ Blazette Midnight 🌩️🐉 ✨ #MidnightTips ✨ When I commission art for my brand I audit in it Notion. I mark down the request date, finish date, cost, artist name w/ socials, and status. This helps with not only tax time, but if I need to track someone down for updates. It also acts as a backup in case of loss of data.
