Just to prove I was into GDQ at some point, I did try and do some drawings for runs and posted them on Twitter back in 2017. These were all the Zelda ones for THAT year alone cause Link is fun to draw. More Pink haired Link is very much a prototype Max back then. #fanart
Annie's Art When I think about people who try and draw Wallop, there maybe some difficulties but he's otherwise not hard. The eye placement might be the toughest part, because the eyes are allowed to break anatomy so long as the drawing is funny. Maybe not the best turn around but it's there.

Annie's Art Jaqui is Max's mother and she exists in the story cause of how video game Mothers play a big role in their stories, even if they just stay in one location back at home. Jaqui's role as a parent isn't supposed to be perfect. As a joke, they're supposed to look the same. Max is a mama's boy. #loq

Annie's Art Imagine seeing a door pop up out of nowhere and inside are these random activity puzzles. Teddy and Max have a few off model quirks about them, but HEY here's an image of Teddy helping Max. He's the one who saw these doors first, so I drew him into the pic. Wallop is long gone.
Annie's Art Look at these wonderful animals. They certainly look familiar. OH, it's Teddy, Pomona, Max and Tara. This was an old doodle from possibly 2024 of Max as a donkey, and Pomona being a Peahen (peacock). Then I thought to make Teddy and Tara respectable animals of their own. Just a fun drawing.
Annie's Art A doodle of Max who brags that he can eat anything, but maybe shouldn't. This is a spicy noodle soup, and thankfully he does have a high tolerance to fire and hotness. Something Ray doesn't quite the guff to compete with.
Annie's Art Old sketch of Max being forced to work while being sick. When your funds are low, you forego real medical rest because you're going to need to work, to pay for health care. Anyway, Wallop knows he doesn't deserve it, and he needs rest. I'm sick again, this still is the life we live in.
Annie's Art Well, I can't really explain Wallop's unusual strength but he's oddly strong when he needs to be. He's not a fast runner, he jumps everywhere, but he can sense danger and will spring into action before others can sense it. Pomona is taken by surprise again.
Annie's Art Max doesn't have to carry Pomona like a princess but he's gonna prove that he can if he needs to. Don't hurt yourself Max. She's a bit worried she might have to carry you afterwards.
Annie's Art Wallop is having serious discussions about politics and the ethics of our current times... or he's not sure why there's an issue with pineapple on pizza, he can't eat it anyway.
Annie's Art I think her bird brain is making Pomona feel like she needs to express her affection to Max with a food offering. It maybe too messy for it to be romantic but a chocolate Donut is hard to reject.
Annie's Art Just some drawings of Max with different sort of outfits and in different stages of his life. Kinda hard to get into it, but for as thin as he can get, he can get chunky as well. I just gotta get used to drawing him older.
Annie's Art Max can't hide forever... he'll need to use the bathroom eventually. With any luck, Ray's patients would've worn out and he'd have given up by then. I spent a long time making this fart joke look good.
Annie's Art It's been 30 years since a big blast that left many towns empty and abandoned. The ‘dungeons’ are old malls and hotels that have been left to rot. You can find so much cool and rare artifacts that have since been forgotten. They’re also just really spooky places to explore. Perfect for Wallop.

Annie's Art A summery of Ray's basic powers. His ability to fly is based on the absence of gravity. The fire powers have more of a radiating effect (think Godzilla) then straight up igniting a fuel source. He can control his flames and can dispel them at will. He often smells like a tire fire.

Ray's powers are unusual. When he awoke after being knocked out for 27 years he felt such a heat and fever that made it impossible for him to think. His flesh started to ooze a burning smelling sweat. With great force, fire and toxic fumes emanated from Ray's body without any of his control.
Annie's Art I'm so mad that I'm just tired and lazy and anxious about things I don't know that I can't get any art done that I need to get done so you get Ray equally pissed off in neon colors. Mmmph. Someone draw my art for me already.
