Robert Evans (the Only Robert Evans) Well folks it happened: a U.S. district court has ruled that Americans no longer have to go through the ATF and register to acquire short-barreled rifles, shotguns or suppressors. This is a massive change to gun laws in this country and also...not likely to change much. I'll explain.

talia jane 🧵 I reviewed surveillance & BWC footage from the ICE shooting in the Bronx and believe one of the agents who first ran up on Belgal is also the one who fired into the vehicle. I think it was most likely the agent in a black baseball cap who shot at Belgal.
