Visiting San Antonio for a quick work trip, I wanted to see its Riverwalk and wondered if something akin to this is what advocates of daylighting the Jones Falls in Baltimore might have in mind. It was an incredibly Epcot-y experience. Baltimore could maybe do it without the restaurants, just parks.
