here im showing a screenshot of OBS - Videosettings to explain on which settings are the best to use for the limited bitrate twitch offers us! output scaled res should be 1664x936 (16:9) and 60FPS, if u cant handle 60FPS , 30 will be fine, but it will look alot better with 60. 1080p / 60FPS, is too much for that bitrate i personally notice especially when people are using AMD GPUs so these are the settings i recommend for people that use NVIDIA/AMD GPUs before the AV1 Support.
