A black steam locomotive on tracks - SL C 56 160 is a display train belonging to Kyoto Railway Museum.

C 56 160 was originally assigned to the 梅小路 Locomotive Depot of West Japan Railway Company (JR West). She is fully operational and I got to ride her.

This is the last remaining telephone on the Departure ticketing counters. The sign at the top says “TELEPHONES,” and below is the last wall-mounted phone. There is a notice on the phone advertising free domestic calls in the continental United States with a 5-minute limit.
