Addressing the closure of Scottish indie 404 Ink and the future of indies in general, Quin said: “They did incredibly work and it was very sad they had to close. I think that a future with fewer presses is incredibly depressing. I think these presses are taking strides to represent authors of different backgrounds and different experiences.”
