Kind of weird how the most predictable thing ever happened and all these big companies supposedly led by the best and brightest were caught flat-footed.
If they did that at my workplace I would file a complaint with the law enforcement union and quit on the spot. The only thing keeping me sane is my little Japanese bunny bun girl whispering positive affirmations in my ear.

They'll adjust appropriately. They need to use it, now. If they don't, their competitors will get ahead eventually (probably within 6-12 months as everything goes through extreme shifts).
