This whole "Think of the Children" is such a scapegoat to the point I keep saying that they want a Digital ID Barcode of everyone with out anyone's consent. Including a sex worker/NSFW artist ban, LGBTQ ban that is deeming "Porn" or anything that the gov don't like. Stuff like Yoti and other "Age assurance Software" is so creepy to me. Because you don't know where the data is coming from nor it gets deleted for example. Showing ID online is way different than showing your ID offline! Shit like this gets kept for Years. And it's already Been Bypassed already so it's moot. This right here should not be Normalized and no this is not about if the Government knows what you do it's the Principle of the whole thing. If they really care for Kids and Adults then They should advocate for better sex-ed, Consent Laws for Men, Women, Queers and everyone else, No more Payment Processor ban of NSFW artists and Workers when it Still Legal, Sex Workers Bill of Rights, and a Privacy bill of rights Nation wide. This whole thing is so Crappy for everyone and it's so sicking that some don't care until it happens to them like " I don't know about you but, I got mine" or "if you got nothing to hide, then there is no need to fear" Mentality and that sickens me.

Republicans hold a legislative trifecta, meaning Miller and lee will not have to garner bipartisan support at any level to pass the Act into law. The SCREEN Act explicitly states that self-assertion is not adequate, that age verification should be applied to all visitors who are determined to be visiting from an IP address within the U.S., and that online service providers can choose between third-party provider of “technology verification measures.” “The evolution of our technology has now enabled the use of age verification technology that is cost efficient, not unduly burdensome, and can be operated narrowly in a manner that ensures only adults have access to a website’s online pornographic content,” the Act says.
