Jennifer Keelan, age 8, during the Capitol Crawl on March 12, 1990. In 1990, disability rights activists crawled up the Capitol steps to show Congress the barriers they faced every day. Jennifer and over 60 others made the Capitol Crawl a turning point in the fight for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
