1. no glass. my hands. 2. years of clear memories. disclaimerx2: this is my own pieced together pov of those memories, so accuracy may vary. 3: it was about an hour of catching up with the boyfriend. like a long lost friend. new room - stuff - clothes - humor 4: they said they felt slipping. they said - see ya. in bed, then they were gone.
1: a flood. of memories… 2: here’s the thing. life almost always feels like i’m watching from behind glass. memories too, it’s like they belong to “different people.” sometimes i “am” “those people” and the associated glass clears. i don’t know what it is or how it works. so imagine my surprise. 3: as this “person’s” clear glass was my highschool life + covid. they lived that time, for the most part… i was “told” she “died.” yet i was watching this disoriented time capsule speaking with memories a lifetime ago to me but just like yesterday to them.
1: me, chatting in a call with my boyfriend. bubbles just say blah. “approx. two in the morning.” 2: “leather jacket on. late night. on call. just a usual sunday night… well… until…” 3: 1 but there’s a flash and everything is fading out. “a flash.” 4: 3 but now in darkness, blue outline replaced with white. “a flow.”
1. disclaimer: i got no clue what’s going on with me. or at least nothing official. 2. this is just how i experience life. 3. maybe it’s normal. maybe not. never had the best track record for “normalcy.” 4. it’s just that something happened recently and i need to process it. or get some closure. dunno.
