Sure thing. ST-00119293 is not the device ID you're looking for... That's the serial number of the sensor hardware, but not the ID representing that _location_ in the Tempest API. When you go to tempestwx.com and log in, the URL has the ID you're looking for, e.g. tempestwx.com/station/123456.
