Yes there are 3 in Port Aransas, TX in the winter recently.

Not sure I'd call several hundred a rebound, more a toddlers stagger towards the right direction, they are still, largely one big oil spill or ecological catastrophe in Aransas or Wood Buffalo away from being an almost solely a human curated species...like yeah good but let's not drop the banner, W.
