And here I was just wondering why he cared about a whisky tariff in the EU. Of course, that's pedantic about the US not producing whisky (that's stuff from Scotland, Japan, and Canada). American stuff is spelled "whiskey" … and neither of them should be capitalized in the middle of a sentence.
