A Tupperware tub of northern Irish tray bakes. These are my own version of them but most a made very similarly. Basically squashed digestives, condensed milk, marshmallows and cranberries. All mixed together and chilled in the fridge in a slab. They are topped with chocolate. In our house we call these Jeff's because I let my son come up with a name for them.
