Lane kluski (PL) a.k.a. egg pour noodles a.k.a. batter dumplings.

Made but combining an egg with some flour and salt. Addition of some water changes how runny the batter becomes and how thick or thin they come out when boiled.

Fruit soup made with seasonal fresh fruit:
Sour cherries
Peaches
Apples (Transparent)
Plums

Thickened with potato starch slurry and poured egg noodles

Cake batter:
125 g butter
250 ml water (1 cup)
40 g powdered sugar (4 tablespoons)
a pinch of salt
160 g all-purpose flour (1 cup)
5 eggs
0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Melt the butter in a pot, then add the water, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix and bring to a boil.
Add the flour and beat briefly with a wooden spoon until a thick, smooth batter forms. Let cool (about 10 minutes), then add the eggs one at a time, stirring with a spoon or mixer until smooth. Finally, add the baking powder.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom, non-convection). Grease a large 30 x 40 cm baking sheet with butter and dust with flour through a sieve.
Place the dough onto the baking sheet with a spoon, then use a flat spatula (e.g., silicone) to spread the dough evenly across the baking sheet. Periodically dip the spatula in warm water to prevent the dough from sticking.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Do not open the oven while baking, as the cake will collapse.

After baking, remove from the oven and let cool. Cut in half into two layers.

For the butter cream filling:
Use the hand made pudding
200 g soft butter

Beat the softened butter with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes, until very fluffy. While continuing to beat, add the pudding mixture, spoonfuls at a time, and mix until the ingredients combine into a smooth, fluffy cream. Spread the cream over one half of the cake (on the wavy side), then cover with the other half of the cake. Let it rest, uncovered, in a cool place for 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. The cake is now ready to serve.
