This is inexcusable, unnecessary, and demonstrates a complete lack of competence and leadership at a company level. Despite my appreciation of your product, I will not purchase from you again and I will definitely never recommend your company to anyone. AI is certainly not saving you money and know, for certain, it is losing you customers. My interactions with a person from your company were remarkably excellent. Give Jamie P. a raise.
