Drawing Board ITEM 5 Magical Price 150 gp Usage held in 1 hand; Bulk 1 What appears to be a somewhat standard chalk board with a wooden frame has had leather straps placed on the back of it turning it into a makeshift type of minor reinforcing wooden shield (Hardness 6, HP 56, BT 28). Hanging from the bottom of the shield is a convenient bag of chalk pieces as well as an eraser on a chain. The top of the shield has been fitted with a wrapped handle making it easy to spin the shield to face the user and draw up new plans. Activate - Playmaker 1 minute (concentrate); Frequency Twice per day; Effect You spend time drawing a plan on the chalk board of this shield. Choose one tactic from your commander’s folio to draw on the board. Once within the next hour, when you Raise a Shield, you can also issue the tactic that you chose as part of the same action. The board then erases itself ready to be drawn on again.

While holding this Shield, you have a +1 bonus to your armor class. This shield has 3 charges. You can use an action to draw a tactic on the chalk board of the shield, expending one of the charges to utilize one of the following abilities. This shield’s charges reset daily at dawn. Regroup. At the end of this turn, allies within 30 feet of you can move up their movement speed without provoking attacks of opportunity. Guarded Position. Allies within 5 feet of you gain an additional +1 bonus to their AC until the start of your next turn. Rallying Stance. At the end of this turn, allies within 30 feet of you gain 3 temporary HP.
Auctoratus ITEM 4 Abjuration, Invested, Magical Price 87 gp Usage worn helmet; Bulk L Brawling for the entertainment of others is not a decision to be made lightly and those who choose to do it rather than being coerced into it are of a different breed than the commoners in the stands. This helmet is cast from a hardened steel, padded on the inside to make it comfortable for the wearer. A leather chinstrap hangs below to keep it attached and the exterior has been polished to a smooth finish. The visage on the faceplate is of anger incarnate, an anguished face screaming out in a moment of battle. While wearing this helmet, you gain resistance 1 to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. Activate [2] verbal; Frequency twice per day; Effect You let out a resounding battlecry that sounds closer to a lion’s roar than a shout. It can be heard by all creatures within a 60-foot emanation of you. Take note of the number of hostile creatures that heard the battlecry. The next time you would take damage as part of strike or spell effect, lower the damage taken by the amount of hostile creatures that heard the battlecry. If you lower the damage taken to zero, move your turn in the initiative order to the next space after the current turn being taken.
Bellum Rosis Greatsword, very rare (requires attunement) Adorning the crossguard of this massive sword are 3 magicked white roses that smell vibrant and sweet, but with a slight hint of iron. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you reduce a creature’s hit points to 0 with an attack from this weapon, one of the roses turns blood red unless that creature is a construct. The blood roses act as charges that last 24 hours before dissipating. This sword can hold a maximum of 3 charges. When you hit a creature with an attack with this weapon, you can choose to spend up to 3 charges to inflict brutal lacerations on a creature. For each charge spent, the creature takes 1d6 necrotic damage and gains a laceration that lasts 1 minute. Creatures with lacerations take 1d4 necrotic damage per laceration at the start of your turn and you gain an amount of temporary hit points equal to the necrotic damage taken.
Bandwagon ITEM 3 Auditory, Clockwork, Magical Price 55 gp Usage held in 1 hand; Bulk 2 This blazing red children’s wagon has been loaded down with seemingly dozens of instruments to the point that its wheels have started to buckle from the weight. What at first appears to be a disorganized pile of brass, woodwinds, strings, and percussives is actually a single complex device that is woven together by a bevy of cogs, tensioned wires, and other automata. A single cord with a handle attached runs to a flywheel within the wagon and seems to be a method for starting the machine. Activate [2] manipulate; Frequency Once per day; Effect You repeatedly pull the handle on the side causing the clockwork band to grind to life. One round later, the machine starts emitting a cacophonous discordance that is as loud as it is distracting for the next 10 minutes. The noise can be heard up to 1000 feet away. Creatures within a 100-foot-emanation of the wagon take a -2 circumstance penalty to perception checks that involve hearing. If a creature that can hear enters within a 30-foot-emanation of the wagon it must attempt a DC 17 Fortitude save, becoming deafened until the end of its next turn on a failure or worse. On a success or better it becomes immune to the wagon’s effects for 24 hours.
Bandwagon Wondrous Item, Uncommon This blazing red children’s wagon has been loaded down with seemingly dozens of instruments to the point that its wheels have started to buckle from the weight. What at first appears to be a disorganized pile of brass, woodwinds, strings, and percussives is actually a single complex device that is woven together by a bevy of cogs, tensioned wires, and other automata. A single cord with a handle attached runs to a flywheel within the wagon and seems to be a method for starting the machine. You can use one action to pull the starting cable on the side of this wagon bringing the noise machine to life. Its gears lurch and spin up for 1 minute before it starts emitting a cacophonous discordance that is as loud as it is distracting for the next 10 minutes. The music can be heard in a 1000 foot radius around the machine, traveling down hallways and around corners, though it cannot penetrate fully solid walls or soil. Creatures within 200 feet of the wagon automatically fail perception checks based on hearing. After 10 minutes the machine grinds to a halt and cannot be restarted again until the next day at dawn. The wagon has an AC of 10, 10 HP, and automatically fails any saves. If it is destroyed by any means, it becomes permanently unusable.
Death’s Door Shield, Rare (requires attunement) Those who stand at the precipice between life and death know all too well how fragile the mortal coil is. What once was a door to the world beyond has been ripped from its hinges and crudely fashioned into a shield. It still bears the foreboding door knocker that it did when it stood in place. Souls of the damned attempt to seep through the cracks in the spiritwood that was used to fashion it and a cold aura chills the air around it sending goosebumps across the skin of creatures who are within 5 feet of it. While you are attuned to this foreboding shield, you gain resistance to necrotic damage and +1 bonus to intimidation skill checks. Knock, Knock. Once per day, while you are attuned to this shield, you can use an action to raise it and bang the knocker upon it twice. The spirit of two undead beings spring forth from the cracks in the door allowing you to cast animate dead at 4th level. When cast in this way, the spell does not require bones or a corpse to be nearby. Additionally, you can choose whether to summon zombies or skeletons.
Murder Mitts ITEM 5 Invested, Magical Price 155 gp Usage worn gloves; Bulk L These rough hewn +1 striking gauntlets are covered in a layer of thick and wiry fur that seems to have come from some great furred beast. The fingertips have been replaced with large metallic claws that have been sharpened to razer-like finish. When worn, these gloves tighten down on your forearms making them feel more like a second skin than a glove. While wearing these gloves, you gain a climb speed equal to half of your movement speed, rounded down. Activate - Bestial Reflexes [R] manipulate; Frequency Once per hour; Trigger You are hit by a melee Strike; Effect You lash out with animal-like quickness and immediately attempt to Grapple the creature that triggered this reaction. When attempting to Grapple in this way, you gain a +1 item bonus to your Athletics check.
Murder Mitts Wondrous Item, Rare These rough hewn leather gauntlets are covered in a layer of thick and wiry fur that seems to have come from some great furred beast. The fingertips have been replaced with large metallic claws that have been sharpened to razer-like finish. When worn, these gloves tighten down on your forearms making them feel more like a second skin than a glove. While you’re wearing these gloves, your unarmed strikes are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming immunity and resistance to nonmagical attacks and damage, and you gain a +1 bonus to the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes. Additionally, you gain a climb speed equal to half of your movement speed, rounded down. Bestial Reflexes. Three times per day, when you are hit by a melee weapon attack, you can use your reaction to immediately attempt an unarmed strike against the creature that attacked you. Uses of this ability reset daily at dawn.

The metal of this peculiar armament is a highly reflective silver that is always freezing cold to the touch. When drawn, a crescent-shaped blade of sparking red energy emerges from the floating blood moon, only to disappear again when the blade is stowed. When you critically hit with this weapon, the target takes 2d6 persistent bleed damage. Activate [2] envision, manipulate, teleportation; Frequency Once per hour; Effect You Stride up to your Speed by immediately teleporting. When moving in this way, your Stride does not have the move trait. When you arrive at the end of your movement, if you’re within range of the target, you can make a Strike using this weapon. On a success or better, the target takes an additional 1d6 persistent bleed damage. Activate [2] manipulate; Frequency Once per day; Effect You flourish this blade sending out an ominous wave of blood red energy in a 50-foot-emanation around you. The wounds from any creatures taking persistent bleed damage within the emanation explode in a visceral fountain, dealing 9d10 void damage (DC 31 basic Fortitude save). Regardless of the result, this ends their persistent bleed damage.
Blood Moon +2 Scimitar, Very Rare An ominous, floating red orb resembling the surface of a pocked moon sits atop the crescent shaped crossbar of this bladeless weapon. The metal of this peculiar armament is a highly reflective silver that is always freezing cold to the touch. When drawn, a crescent-shaped blade of sparking red energy emerges from the floating blood moon, only to disappear again when the blade is stowed. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. This scimitar has 20 charges. While holding this weapon, you can use one action to expend a number of charges, triggering one of the following abilities. This scimitar regains 2d8+4 charges daily at dusk. Astral Jaunt. You expend 5 charges to blink into an astral wormhole and emerge in an empty space of your choosing within 50 feet. Moving in this way does not consume movement speed, but can trigger attacks of opportunity. When you arrive, if you are within melee range of a creature, you can make a melee weapon attack using this weapon as part of this action. Ominous Emanation. You expend 10 charges causing an ominous red aura of dim light to appear in a 30 foot sphere around you. This aura persists for 1 minute and moves along with you. Creatures that enter the emanation for the first time, or begin their turn within it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of their turn. A creature that succeeds on their saving throw becomes immune to this aura’s effect for 24 hours.

Stargazer ITEM 4 Invested, Magical Price 98 gp Usage worn eyepiece; Bulk L Peering into the oddly glossy lens mounted on this eye patch reveals a world of constellations waiting to be perceived. When taken outdoors beneath the sky, whether day or night, the constellations within the lens shift and bend trying to align themselves with the sky above. The lens itself is mounted to secure leather straps that are bracketed to the lens allowing it to be easily worn over an eye. While invested in this eyepiece, you gain a +1 item bonus to checks made to Sense Direction or navigate. Additionally, you do not incur the -2 item penalty from not having a compass on these checks. Activate [1] manipulate; Frequency Once per day; Effect You pull a lever on the lens causing a projection of the night sky to appear in a 5-foot-radius sphere around you for 1 minute. You can use the stars in this sphere to Sense Direction or navigate even if you are underground or otherwise prevented from seeing the stars. This may lower the difficulty of these checks as determined by the GM.
Stargazer Wondrous Item, Uncommon (requires attunement) Peering into the oddly glossy lens mounted on this eye patch reveals a world of constellations waiting to be perceived. When taken outdoors beneath the sky, whether day or night, the constellations within the lens shift and bend trying to align themselves with the sky above. The lens itself is mounted to secure leather straps that are bracketed to the lens allowing it to be easily worn over an eye. The lens of this eye patch is consistently trying to align itself with the stars above. Due to this, you always have a general sense of which direction is true north. Once per day, you can use an action to pull the secondary lever on this eye patch causing the lens to immediately align and project a copy of the night sky in a 5 foot sphere around you. As part of the same action, you can attempt a DC 15 Survival check to determine your location. You gain a +1 bonus on this check provided by the item itself. On a success, you learn exactly which direction is true north and can determine your location to within 5 miles on a map. The projection of the stars fades after 1 minute. This ability resets daily at dawn.
Lamplighter ITEM 6 Fire, Magical Price 220 gp Usage held in 2 hands; Bulk 2 This +1 striking war flail has a spiked lantern mounted to the end of its chain where one would normally expect a heavy ball of steel. The handle is adorned with two hung banners bearing the mark of the Lamplighters. Though they started as simple servants lighting the candles and lanterns of darkened castles, they eventually grew into some of the nobility’s most trusted protectors. With their modified flails serving both practical and combat oriented purposes, those who carry their banner bring light to the darkest corners where evil may reside. This war flail has two states that can be changed between by twisting the handle using one action. The first state is darkened. When you successfully strike a creature while the weapon is darkened, they become covered in a sticky, flammable oil. The oil persists for 1 minute or until the creature immerses themselves in water. There is enough oil in the lantern to coat three creatures before it must be refilled using an interact action. Each pint of oil poured into the lantern is enough to coat one creature. The second state is illuminated. While illuminated, the lantern sheds light in a 30-foot radius (and dim light in the next 30 feet). While illuminated, when you successfully strike a creature that has previously been covered in oil, they are set ablaze in a ball of bright flame taking 2d10 fire damage (DC 20 basic Reflex save) and 4 persistent fire damage.
Chiroptera ITEM 15 Uncommon, Invested, Magical Price 5.500 gp Usage worn cloak; Bulk L Large, unfurling ears stretch out from the top of this hooded cloak, while membrane-like leather is stretched thin between hardened insets that are mounted in such a way to resemble bat wings. The cloak itself is remarkably light to wear and the outside is clad in a soft and velvety texture that feels like a synthetic fur. While invested in this cloak, your hearing becomes more sensitive. You gain a +2 item bonus to Perception checks that involve hearing. Activate [1] interact; Frequency Once per day; Effect You unfurl the wings of this cloak granting you a fly speed of 30 feet for 10 minutes. Activate [1] envision; Frequency Once per day; Effect You remain still and listen closely to the sounds around you turning your hearing into a precise sense. This effect lasts until you use an action with the move or manipulate trait, or for one hour.
Chiroptera Wondrous Item, Very Rare (requires attunement) Large, unfurling ears stretch out from the top of this hooded cloak, while membrane-like leather is stretched thin between hardened insets that are mounted in such a way to resemble bat wings. The cloak itself is remarkably light to wear and the outside is clad in a soft and velvety texture that feels like a synthetic fur. While attuned to this item, you can unfurl the cloak as a reaction to slow your fall speed allowing you to safely land from any height. Additionally, the cloak grants you impeccable hearing at a distance. You gain a +2 bonus to perception checks that involve hearing so long as you are attuned to this cloak. Once per day, you can use an action to spread the wings of this cloak and take flight. You gain a flying speed of 40 feet for the next 10 minutes. During this time, both of your hands are occupied by operating the wings of the cloak. If you let go of the cloak or become incapacitated by other means, you lose this fly speed and fall to the ground. This ability resets daily at dawn.
Grindstone ITEM 9 Uncommon, Evocation, Invested, Magical Price 696 gp Usage worn on 1 arm; Bulk 1 While fully plated on the exterior, the inside of this vambrace is surprisingly flexible and lined with a comfortable padding that makes dextrous swordsmanship far easier than it would appear. Adorning the couter is a magically powered whetstone positioned in such a way to allow a skilled smith the ability to sharpen their blades on the fly, keeping them in top shape even while in the middle of battle. While they never saw widespread use, these grindstone vambraces were once popular in certain legions of well trained kingsguard. It seems that this one has been well maintained and still functions much as it did when it was first created. Activate [2] manipulate; Frequency once per day; Effect You spin the whetstone on the couter of this vambrace springs to life and begins rotating at a high speed. You can run any bladed weapon across this whetstone sharpening it to a finely honed edge. For the next minute, that weapon gains the benefits of a striking rune that is one tier higher than any current striking rune on the weapon. For example, if a weapon has no striking rune, it gains the benefits of a base striking rune while a weapon with a greater striking rune would gain the benefits of a major striking rune.

A single, wrapped leather band runs through the center of the oddly contoured bars of metal that make up most of the wrapping of this piece of jewelry. At the center, a carved wooden bauble sits resembling the face of a man wearing an iron helmet, yelling out at the top of his lungs. When worn the bars shrink and stretch as the wearer speaks, growing larger with higher volumes, and shrinking to nothing when the wearer is silent. Activate [2] auditory; Effect The necklace casts bullhorn on you. Activate [2] auditory, envision; Frequency Twice per day; Effect You raise your voice and let out an ear shattering yell in front of you. Creatures within a 30-foot-cone in front of you must attempt a DC 24 Fortitude saving throw. Critical Success The creature is unaffected Success The creature is deafened for 1 round Failure The creature is deafened and clumsy 1 for 1 minute Critical Failure As failure, but the creature is clumsy 2

A single, wrapped leather band runs through the center of the oddly contoured bars of metal that make up most of the wrapping of this piece of jewelry. At the center, a carved wooden bauble sits resembling the face of a man wearing an iron helmet, yelling out at the top of his lungs. When worn the bars shrink and stretch as the wearer speaks, growing larger with higher volumes, and shrinking to nothing when the wearer is silent. While attuned to this item, you can raise your voice to be audible at any distance up to 500 feet. Your voice is heard at a normal volume by all creatures within the chosen distance, though walls and similar structures still muffle your voice as normal. Twice per day, while attuned to this necklace, you can use an action to let out an ear-piercing yell in a 30 foot cone in front of you. Creatures within the cone must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 6d8 thunder damage and are frightened for 3 rounds. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not frightened. Uses of this ability reset daily at dawn.
Figment Pigments Painter’s Supplies, very rare The exterior of this handcrafted wooden case is emblazoned with carved doodles and sketches that evoke a sense of childlike wonder when gazing upon them. Opening it reveals an immaculately maintained set of +2 Painter’s Supplies including brushes, chalks, a magically infused pot that cleans brushes instantly, and vibrant bottles of paints that tempt your creativity. When making a painting using these supplies, if your die roll is lower than your current level on the skill check to use these tools, you can tap the floating blue rune to magically undo your mistake and roll the skill check again. You can only do this once per skill check. Conjure Imagination. Once per day, you can use an action to magically paint creatures into existence in unoccupied spaces next to you. Choose one of the following options for what appears: One beast of challenge rating 2 or lower Two beasts of challenge rating 1 or lower Four beasts of challenge rating 1/2 or lower Eight beasts of challenge rating 1/4 or lower The creatures disappear when they drop to 0 hit points or after 1 hour passes. They are friendly to you and your companions. Roll initiative for the summoned creatures as a group, which has its own turns. They obey any verbal commands that you issue to them. If you don't issue any commands to them, they defend themselves from hostile creatures, but otherwise take no actions. The kit magically refills its paints allowing you to conjure again at the next dawn.
Inferno Arrow ITEM 9 Consumable, Fire, Magical Price 113 gp Ammunition Arrow Activate [1] (manipulate) Coming in its own enchanted case, this arrow is brimming with fiery energy, constantly wicking flames away from both its tip and fletching. Despite the enkindled appearance, it is surprisingly safe to handle and is merely warm to the touch. When its case is opened, you’re always treated to the thick scent of a burning campfire. When an activated inferno arrow hits its target, they are suddenly engulfed in a blazing firestorm dealing 4d8 fire damage and the target must attempt a DC 25 Fortitude saving throw. If this arrow is shot from a weapon with a flaming property rune, the save DC increases to 27, though the attack doesn't benefit from the flaming property rune itself. Critical Success The creature is unaffected. Success The creature takes half damage and is unaffected by the inferno. Failure The creature takes full damage and is frightened 1. Critical Failure The creature takes double damage and is frightened 2.
Inferno Arrow Ammunition, Rare Coming in its own enchanted case, this arrow is brimming with fiery energy, constantly wicking flames away from both its tip and fletching. Despite the enkindled appearance, it is surprisingly safe to handle and is merely warm to the touch. When its case is opened, you’re always treated to the thick scent of a burning campfire. While the case is kept easily within reach, you can use one action to retrieve this arrow and fire it as a ranged weapon attack. When the arrow hits, it immediately engulfs its target in a burning maelstrom of flames. They must attempt a DC 17 Constitution saving throw to withstand the inferno. On a failure, they take 4d6 fire damage and become blinded by the blaze. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not blinded. At the end of each of the creature’s turns while this arrow is stuck in them, they must reattempt the save, taking damage and conditions again based on their result. A creature can use an action on their turn to attempt a DC 17 Strength check to remove the arrow, ending the effect on a success. Once this arrow has been removed by a creature, it loses its magic, but can be rekindled after 24 hours spent in its specialized carrying case.
Brawler’s Brew Consumable, Uncommon The rough and tumble nature of certain taverns of the world has earned them sordid reputations as hives of scum and villainy. Word of their nightly brawls leading to broken furniture and broken noses have traveled far and wide such that any who visit them should know what they’re getting themselves in for. Much like a tinderbox, it only takes the slightest spark to set the place off. A spilled drink, a perceived slight, someone sitting where they’re not welcome and a brawl can begin. It seems that someone has captured that very essence in a potent potion stored in this small wooden keg. You can use an action to pull the cork from this keg and place it in a location. The potion inside begins to evaporate and aerosolize dispersing itself in a 40 foot radius sphere from the location of the keg. 10 minutes after the cork is pulled, all creatures within that area must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw. The saving throw is made at disadvantage if they’ve consumed alcohol within the last hour. Creatures that succeed on their saving throw feel no effect. Creatures that fail their saving throw feel an anger build within them and want nothing more than to brawl with those around them. They do not seek to kill or truly harm those around them, but merely brawl and wrestle. This desire lasts for 10 minutes before dissipating. After dispersing its contents, the keg becomes a normal non-magical wooden keg.
