Philadelphia's 3rd Congressional district election return results show Chris Rabb, Democrat, leading in the count with 81% of votes counted according to AP estimates. Current numbers are 52,349 votes which is 43.3% of the current count. In second place, Sharif Street with 35,915 votes. In third place, Dr. Ala Stanford with 2,595.
