I know Feedly has a read later feature. I’m not aware of anything that can use the Pocket history.
Can readwise/Reader potentially help?
I'm giving Wallabag.it a shot because they've had an OSS version for a bit and I was able to import my exported pocket articles without much fuss. Paid for a year to support OSS / people trying to build community tooling.
Your best bet is instapaper.com. You can also use pinboard.in though I’m not sure they have automatic imports.
