It was a 5-4 decision. What is there to really celebrate here given 4 justices were more than happy to essentially strip an entire amendment out of the constitution?
Agree. But would like to add that there is nothing presidential about him. I prefer to refer to this person by name, without title which has been tarnished.

The Constitution didn't say "except for" in it. It stated if you were born on American soil, you ARE an American!

You've made a dozen posts about this victory since the decision, and I get that you want to motivate people by focusing on the good, but you've only made a single post about the trans athlete decision. Don't focus so much on this one victory that we lose sight of what was taken away. Keep fighting!
