The first good news I've heard all year, feels like.
Yes but the issue with Republicans is they vote for progressive policies and elect Republicans who don't want those policies. Democrats need to start saying the policy has to fit the candidate or they just over turn the people's will.
Love them for trying to fight back. Their legislature is so corrupt that, unfortunately, even when their citizen’s pass such referendums, the legislature ignores them and does whatever they want. Maybe Missourians will finally vote them out. Kansans too and even, dare we hope, Texans.

Missouri voters have had to, repeatedly, vote for their right to abortion but the Republicans and appointed judges have ripped that majority vote away, no matter how many votes and legitimate signatures were provided
Good on Missouri for holding the line. But the real test is November—let’s see if that momentum actually shows up when it counts.
