Outcomes from the ADA National Network The ADA National Network helps businesses, people with disabilities, their family members, and many others understand the ADA and how it applies to their situation. When we asked people what happened after they contacted us, we found out... The information we gave people help them create change, gave them new knowledge, and helped them make decisions. For 43% of the people, something changed because of the information we gave them. 89% of people thought the information we gave them was useful or somewhat useful. People told us… "I didn't know our rights and now, I do." "I was trying to evaluate the next steps. It helped me correct the information that needed to get to the right people. Better communication to clarify the situation." "I do think that the community was receptive, and the business owners were more aware and learned how to navigate the ADA policies around service animals." "The information | received was very prompt and easy for me to understand and to put into motion and l was pleased with my whole experience." "It sparked us to revise our policy." "Speaking with your agents allowed me to make more knowledgeable decisions instead of more emotional ones." "I am better educated, and I can help other people with this information." ADA National Network Communications In 2025, the ADA National Network communicated with partners and the public through newsletters, websites, and a variety of social media platforms. Over 75,000 people follow the ADA National Network on our top two social networks. We had high engagement with our audiences, with over 1.8 million combined reach and impressions across Facebook and Linkedln. Across all ADA National Network websites, we had 3.9 million page views and 1.9 million visitors. The most visited webpage on our national website, www.adata.org, was "What is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?" The ADA National Network Newsletter had 5,094 subscribers. This newsletter shares nationally relevant ADA news, events, and publications. Regional ADA Centers also have their own newsletters to share regionally relevant news and events.
