Dan’s “Empathy Virus” Game @adeadzeplin | student of IDEONOMY (“healthy virus” concept) | 3 ways to play: Observer / Player / Both OBSERVER RULES — Spider-Man Question: “With great power comes great responsibility, would you help others (yes) or mostly yourself (no) given you receive ultimate super powers?” Apply to people you know (real, fictional, memories). If they’d say yes → +1 point (1 per person). Track your observer score. Purpose: a mental “chew toy” for an emotional boost; uses a recursive placebo loop to help you notice how many good people exist in your life → easier gratitude. PLAYER RULES — All non-players start with 1 point. Become a player by learning the rules. Teach rules (VERBAL ONLY) to a new person → +1 point; Track your player score.you “steal” their 1 default point when they learn the rules → they go to 0 (tell them + gloat a little). Player Score = total people taught. Digital sharing wastes points—do not share online if you want a high score. If a player tries to steal from you → you may block; they must honestly reveal Observer + Player scores. Points are meaningless, honor system, purely for fun. Designed to encourage sharing with close friends; mixes greed, “dirty” goodness, positivity, and new philosophical ideas. REMEMBER — The game cannot be paused (someone is always playing). Track your Observer score and Player score. FOOD FOR THOUGHT (Players Only) — How many points must each person score for all humans to eventually become players? What is the minimum score needed to beat the game for any individual player personally?(there is a correct answer) What is the game creator’s Spider-Man answer? What is the true name of this game?
