Tomorrow we travel to Kyoto, specifically Arashiyama. This is where the famous bamboo forest is...which is quite a fantastic site to walk through What's not mentioned as often is the beautiful river next to it that twists and turns so much every wave and ripple is smoothed out with a mirror finish

I'll provide pictures of that river soon. The blossoming trees. The ducks enjoying the weather. The mangy cats on the river walk that just want love and more likely, food. Next to all of that is the almost manicured nature. ...there is also a walkway on the side of the river you can accident...
