Few details so far:
Her husk is not much smaller than that of Minos'
Residing over treachery, her punishment was to be frozen to an icey throne, unable to move, suffering a similar fate to the others, her comrades and subjects.
From this her willpower was strong, persevering through eons of immobility and pain, forced to watch her people suffer fates like hers, frozen above or below the ice. Her ability to retain her sanity drove her willpower, and when she found the opportunity, she burst forth from her throne, beginning to free her people from their torment
Unfortunately the heavens took notice, sending their warriors to return her to her punishment- but she resisted. In doing so she was burnt away in the light, Gabriel's own holy flame vaporizing her- but soon her will brought back, quickly forming a prime soul. They tried to contain it, but for nought. her cell being incomplete, she burst forth, her body anew.

The flames in her contrast the coldness of treachery, whilst also being small signifying the short warmth and hope she had given her peiple before being struck down. With this, it was also her wounds, set ablaze by the heavens for disobeying and rebelling.
Her dark body matched the dark layer, little light being there.
Upon her escape she began to restart her efforts, gearing herself to withstand the cold in her new body, salvaging machines and creating armor, using their blood to warm her and those she saved
