I seem to have no spare working Amiga floppy drives around, so I just setup a Teac FD-235HF-3240 to work with the Amiga. If you have a 3XXX version of this drive, there are bunch of small jumpers: Set RY34 (Ready signal on pin 34) and DC2 (Disk change on pin 2.) Then set DS0, FG, HA, HF and NMK.

Generally you can use a PC drive if you put DSKCHG which is normally on pin 34 onto pin 2. The Amiga's OS will not care about the missing DSKRDY signal, but a lot of games will. I did actually make a circuit to get around that by artificially simulating the DSKRDY signal using a timer though.

Nice! I have modified a few Samsung SFD-321B drives to make them into Amiga drives. That model happens to be really easy to modify. It's so much cheaper than finding one made for the Amiga!

I wonder, my dad had an old Schneider PC-1512 with a 720k 3.5" floppy in it. I tried numerous things to get an old 1.44MB floppy to work there but it is always recognized as 360k... Might this drive work there and where do I find out more about the meaning of the jumpers? :)

I literally just had to debug the jumpers on one of these drives. Was never able to find the datasheet for it. Would it be too much to request a link?
