250g Chick peas (1 can drained)
250g Sweet potato diced
125g Red pepper
½ medium Onion
2 cloves of garlic
Ground cumin, ground coriander, hot paprika, chilli flakes to taste
Salt
Lemon juice
Tomato puree
Fresh coriander
Powdered potato (flour would probably work as well or mashed potato)
