Agent Stone recreated in the Sims 4. He's a bit different from his drawn version, sporting a more black-colored suit with an indigo lapel, a white shirt underneath, and a black tie. He still sports the purple tinted shades, though.

Hair color is a blend of comic + Jim Carrey robotnik. ...I'm not sold on it.

Dr. Robotnik. This is a Self Shipping AU of him, where he resembles a bit more like Jim Carrey. He has short, light brown hair that's shaved on the sides, and a wide mustache of the same color.
