What's your takeaway from this figure? I think it's interesting info, but I'm struggling to come up with ways to incorporate it into analyses of other single cell omics datasets.
Nice to see this in cells. Note that the CPTAC papers on solid tumor proteogenomics in Nature and Cell reported similar RNA-protein relationships.
