Giraffe-necked weevils (Trachelophorus giraffae) are almost invariably found on the leaves of Dichaetanthera cordifolia, on which they feed. The male's long 'neck' is adapted for rolling a leaf to make an egg case in which the female (which has a shorter neck) lays a single egg.
