This model has been slightly gutted and altered, a window having been cut out of the armor around the barrel to allow for two red wires to be routed through it and around the gun, into the top of the trigger guard, and around to the back of the weapon. At each end of the set of wires are two small black boxes that presumably hold the droid components: the one over the handle is plain and unadorned save the wires extruding from the front of its left side, but the box in front has been shaped around the barrel and the armor into a more “boxy teardrop” shape, and has a hologrid and two indicator lights (red on top, green on bottom) on the side facing the camera and a lens facing front.
