The Kerala One Health Centre for Nipah Research and Resilience, set up by the state government in 2023, as well as the continued efforts of the One Health Bangladesh organization must continue to train regional One Health professionals and improve ecological investigations to understand the drivers of NiV spillover and to predict and prevent future NiV outbreaks.”
