A screen grab of a conversation between me and the Vimeo chatbot. I say "I want to upgrade my plan" The chatbot answers "I understand you want to downgrade to a lower plan". My commentary reads "Goodbye Vimeo! They got too big, they're in chaos, their chatbot is funny but needs an upgrade, their humans take 24 hours to answer your email. They seem confused and careless. The simple functions in the Vimeo customer journey are neither simple nor functional. Any recommendations please?
