Can't wait to read about Freaks & Geeks though OMG!!
Very interesting dichotomy! Yeah I kinda feel like most people are either one or the other? But not sure because I'm very much also a Freaks & Geeks acolyte who never watched Dawson.
The original show bible and pitch materials for Freaks & Geeks were floating around the internet 15-20 years ago. It was one of the only bible examples I could find at the time (I was a film student trying to learn how to write for TV) so I saved it to study. I think I still have it, if you want it!
