A pencil sketch of a toy I saw in a dream. It was shaped like a tennis racket with an illustration on it of Ultraman fighting a kaiju (I forgot who it was, so I used Alien Baltan in my sketch). It had a big wheel that, when pushed along (like a Fisher-Price "push popper" toy), it would play the Ultraman theme song via the same instrumentation an old jack-in-the-box would use.

A blue LED night light with a clear panel, with Godzilla's face etched into it. I drew Godzilla's roaring face onto it with a marker, then did the etching with a carving tool. Once finished, I wiped away the markers (using an alcohol swab), then plugged it in.

I painted the piece primarily using green and purple to not only emphasize the toxic, oily pollution that spawned the creature (both in-universe and conceptually), but taking inspiration from fellow artist Bob Eggleton in how some of his pieces use green (as he put it, it can be a very modular color). A photo of the green, algae infested Reflecting Pool, as the smog monster Hedorah (from a painting I made in 2018) is poking up from it. It is by sheer coincidence that I had used primarily green when I had painted the kaiju.

A pencil sketch of an original Godzilla design. The overall idea was to make it "fused" with Bikini Atoll; scutes like barnacles, seashells, and coral. Its sternum is shaped like the bow of a ship. The throat is akin to a whale's, with holes in the ridges that act as gills (and as an homage to the costumes having holes in the neck for the suit actors to see out of). I drew the brows in a manner to give it a sad expression.

A pencil sketch of a hippopotamus Beast-era Transformer, both in hippo and robot modes. The overall concept is a retool of Rhinox; he still has the same gimmicks, but instead of the ball-and-chains that attach to his saw blade, its the hippo's teeth/jaw bones.
A pencil sketch parodying Noriyoshi Ohrai's promotional art for Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, with Garfield and Odie as Godzilla and Ghidorah, respectively. Garfield has a bored expression, while Odie has a goofy, energetic expression (on all three of his faces). Instead of the ocean, they're surrounded by spaghetti noodles topped with mushrooms, meatballs, pepperoni, and peppers. In place of the submarine is a meatball sub sandwich.
Pencil sketches of Shin-Gomess and Shin-Jirahs. In Shin-Ultraman (2022), Gomess was canonically portrayed by a redesigned of Shin Godzilla (an obvious reference to the original 1966 iteration being an altered Godzilla costume). Here I did the same motif with Jirahs, using the Minus One Godzilla.

Pencil doodles of Garfield as Wreck-Gar, the Cloverfield monster, and Godzilla. (Wreck-Garfield, Gloverfield, and Godzillarfield, respectively.) Wreck-Garfield's motorcycle wheel/shield on his arm is a pizza, and in a thought bubble, he says/thinks, "I hate Mondays, DeceptiJon!" with Jon Arbuckle (as Galvatron) off to the side. Gloverfield and Godzillarfield are in a cityscape, causing a ruckus. Gloverfield has the Statue of Liberty's head under one of his gangly legs (which is naturally styled to look like Jon), while Godzillarfield is stomping about.
"Monsters Attack Roar" Godzilla 2001 figure (standing next to its box), and a small hand-made clay sculpture of a grub (a cartoony insect freaklet that represents Big Nose Bug's community), both of which I got from Big Nose Bug herself! Peeps, there's a lot of crap going on in the world...but this is a symbol that there really is good to be found in it. Bug's probably sick of me saying it 😗 but she truly has cultivated a very beautiful community that I am so grateful to be a part of. It's way more than someone livestreaming content with a silly cartoon avatar, it's a space where one can be true to themselves. It's a community where joy and a sense of belonging can be found. So yeah, go follow Bug for silly cartoon Vtuber shenanigans. 😁

Empire Sky Studio's Pacific Rim Jaeger model kits. Crimson Typhoon, Striker Eureka, Lady Danger, and Cherno Alpha. The set also included display bases/stands, as well as the transport helicopters that carry the Jaegers into battle.
