Wednesday night they sent an email requesting information on employees that received a performance rating below fully successful. They also requested info on collective marketing agreements so they can know what may impede the agencies ability to separate low performing employees. I work for the core of engineers, BTW. I’ll add that they sent an email out Tuesday morning requesting info on employees who did not report to the office on 10 February this was after notifying them with a weeks notice of the return to office.
